DON’T QUIT YOUR JOB
WAIT until the last possible second before quitting your full-time job! Especially if
you are looking to qualify for a loan on some real estate investing then keep your
full-time job because that provides you with income and being self-employed will
require two years of income before being able to qualify.
DON’T quit if your business isn’t generating income. The idea is to supplement
your full-time income with some money from the business and your part-time
jobs!
1. Uber/Lyft
a. Flexibility can do it at anytime
b. Good money depending on your location
2. DoorDash/Postmates/InstaCart
a. Flexibility
b. Decent money better if you don’t want to drive people around but not as good of
money.
3. Appointment Setter
a. This is like telemarketing, usually you can telecommute and you set up
appointments for a salesperson by cold-calling.
b. Sometimes hourly or hourly plus commission (could make decent money)
4. Freelance
a. Are you good at social media? Editing? Photography?
