How to Expand your Airbnb Business!?
One of the most important parts in any business is the growth and expansion. If you don't know, our business began in 2017. After many years in the industry separately, Carla & Conner joined together to create CarCo Properties LLC.
Like with any business, when you are just starting out it is important to grow and expand. In the very beginning we were both working additional jobs, working 80 hours a week and not getting paid at all.
One of the most important things we did was hold off on hiring help and hold off on paying ourselves for a VERY long time! All of the money was being funneled back into the business to continue the expansion. With Airbnb businesses capital is important to continue to acquire more and more properties.
There came a point when we couldn't continue to grow and keep our full-time jobs. We ended up quitting our "day-jobs" to start working full-time for the business after about 6 moths in business. There will come a point in everyone's business where your time will become more valuable to the business and the growth of the business.
